Xibo not updating with new content

So we run xibo and it does collect new content.

 

Once I've updated a region (PowerPoint), the clients pick up the update because the region turns black. So the old content disappears, but the new content isn't displayed until I exit the xibo player and reopen it.

 

It's a bit of a hassle to have to do this on every screen each time. Has anyone seen this before?

We are running an older version, but at least on ours it only updates once it restarts it's loop etc. So if you have one page that forever stays and doesn't loop it wouldn't update as far as I know. Do you have changes applying or is it static?
