Exchange Message Tracking

Just wanted to ask if anyone out there has this facility enabled on their exchange server.

 

I have done some checking up on the Exchange Message Tracking on the web and it seems simple enough to enable (famous last words!), but I have read somewhere that it can be quite resource hungry and wanted to know the adverse effects if any it will have on the Exchange Server itself.

I only turn it on when I have a specific problem. Only because that's what I was advised due to the resources.

We have it switched on - doesn't seem to adversely affect the server - though its only used very rarely - I've been glad of it when it has been required.
