Chromebook WiFi connection "certificate rejected locally"

We are getting an error message "Authentication Certificate Rejected Locally" when we try to connect to our student's WiFi with their domain login.

Do we need to add a certificate to chrome management console? iF yes, which one?

We are using Meru WiFi.
