Ryan_Romeo_ Posted November 12, 2015 Posted November 12, 2015 Hello all, Got a weird issue with 3 staff laptops, When the laptop tries to load the windows logon screen it flashes from the logon screen to a black screen never actually loading the areas to type username and password! I have tried to boot into safemode but still get the same issue. All 3 memebers of staff said that their laptops did windows updates yesterday and when trying to turn them on today got this issue. Has anyone come across this before or can suggest anything that would be great as im a little stuck, the only thing I can think is to reimage them but not sure if this would fix it or not?
