MIS Support Officer (SIMS/FMS/Integris) – Various South UK

 

We are currently recruiting for individuals with experience in MIS for a successful expanding educational technical support company with a growing Capita accredited SIMS service

 

The role of this team is to provide helpdesk and/or onsite support and training to schools across London, Oxford and Buckinghamshire.

 

The team provides a service to improve the schools standard of using the MIS software and they are responsible for facilitating communication between schools and our client. The team provides telephone support and assistance on FMS/SIMS/Integris software to all staff within schools and academies, logging all problems, keeping schools regularly informed of progress, support the configuration of SIMS in schools and testing new FMS/SIMS products and updates. They also provide essential training to the staff within schools related to the MIS software that they use.

 

Relevant SIMS admin or Information Officer Experience is preferred, either from a school or another support team.

 

Our client is open to receiving applications from highly experienced and relatively inexperienced candidates to add breadth to the team.

 

Pay is dependent on experience.

 

The roles can be based from our client’s offices in Buckinghamshire, East London or Oxford.
