Chrome - Setup in 5.0.03

Hi,

 

We have several schools on v.5.0.03 but not picking up Google Chrome in Web History.

 

Enabling the Impero Proxy allows Chrome to be locked and blocked but History shows up as 'LocalHost:30019' for all web pages.

 

Is there a fix to enable both IE and Chrome in Impero without using Extensions?

We are moving away from using the Impero Proxy in the newer releases. The Internet Explorer BHO (extension) is installed on workstations as part of the client install, but the Chrome extension needs to be installed separately. Fortunately Google have produced some decent group policy templates, so pushing the extension out via group policy is pretty painless.
