Software restriction policy off network

Hi

 

We use software restriction policies to block certain files (e.g. .exe) from running and use the same one for all our PCs and laptops. One teacher has brought us a laptop on which she is using trying to use Python. We have a unrestricted rule that allows python to run. This works fine in school but when she goes home (She logs in with cached credentials) she gets the message "This program is blocked by group policy....".

 

I have run gpupdate/force and rebooted but still doesn't work. Any ideas?
