nathan Posted November 6, 2015 Posted November 6, 2015 We have a couple of members that are emailing (from a gmail account) a few RM Easymail email addresses. The emails had a word (docx) attachment, but the RM easymail users and never able to open them when receiving. Other email system (Office 365) are able to open the same email and attachments fine. Anyone else come across this?
southhamster Posted November 6, 2015 Posted November 6, 2015 Are they using Chrome by any chance? I've seen a problem with Chrome not opening Easy mail attachments. Also IE11 with Easy mail seems to need compatibility mode for some things.
