Kyle Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 I have recently re-imaged via RIS 5 laptops. Problem i have is when i connect to them through AD ( Right Click laptop and choose manage) The local User and Groups part has a red cross through and says access denied. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
ZeroHour Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 are they connected to the domain properly? as in are logon requests working? Also can you see the event log?
