NetSupport School Help

[Tesla]

Hi All

 

We've had NEtSupport School for a while now, and we've never quite got it working well enough to let the teachers have use of it. We are only using it in our IT room.

 

The Admin Console for it, is my Work PC

 

The Teacher Console for it, is the Computer we have at the front of class connected to whiteboard

 

The other ten Pcs in the room have Student.

 

Any best practice help out there? We seem to find different teachers get vastly different results, some will get all machines, some will get none. no reason for it that I can see.
