Delete Shortcut and Folder En Masse

Morning,

 

I'm looking into a way of how to delete a desktop shortcut and a folder off the all programs start menu.

Looks for either script/gpo as need to complete it on about 200 machines.

 

Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Group Policy Preferences would be the easiest way to do it.
