Morning all,

We have just got a few Elmo IWB thingies, as replacements for the increasingly scarce eBeam units.

They are identical in many ways, although I actually think more accurate..

However..... I cannot get it to calibrate when using extended desktop! Not even the old tricks of primary monitor and what not that used to sort the eBeam calibration (before they fixed) it works. It just will not show the calibration screen on the big display, or calibrate properly even if I swap round.

Has anyone found a way or workaround for this?

Does it use the windows OS to calibrate like you are calibrating a tablet PC? Or does it do its own calibration within some Elmo software?

Do you have an option for “tablet PC settings” in the control panel?

Possibly it just doesn't support an extended desktop?

No, like most IWB systems, it has it's own calibration software and procedure.

I really hope the answer is not that it doesn't support Extended Desktop - we use it extensively, as I would imagine a lot of schools do, and they'd be missing a massive trick if it doesn't somehow.
