Printing from DOS Box

Hi all,

 

Does anybody have any software/guides that enables printing from DOSBOX?

 

I have some very very old software that needs to printing ability and the only way to get it to run is from within DOSBOX -

Hi, I used this previously works well put is a paid app. Do you know any free/open source?

You don't need printfil, just the fact that standard dosbox doesn't support printing. Use the dosbox megabuild, which does support printing, then use

[font=Consolas]NET USE LPT1: \\[Printer Share] /PERSISTENT:YES[/font]

to map a shared printer to the local parallel port.

I might be been a bit dim but I'm getting illegal command:net

you should be doing it cmd, not dosbox.
