Autodesk Flow Design

Hello everyone,

 

I am experiencing an issue with getting Autodesk's Flow Design program to run through our smoothwall box.

 

The original error message I was receiving when attempting to open was "Autodesk Error: Requested Service not available" when I googled the error I found a page on their knowledge base explaining what to do.

 

I've added the sites it instructed to Authentication exceptions and to our whitelist. Once I had added them I tried opening the program again and received the error message "No Internet Connection" and yet I do as I'm writing this! When I point the computer it is installed on to use an unauthenticated port on our smoothwall box I am able to open the program and login successfully. I've looked at the realtime logs when I open the program in the hopes I'd see a site being blocked that I could add to the exceptions but no such luck.

 

Has anyone got any ideas, any help would be welcome!
