Swapping Disks in Host (ESXi)

I currently have a host with 4 drives in it.

They're configured in RAID 1.

 

It is aligned as: 1TB, 1TB, 2TB, 2TB

This means, within VSphere I have 2 datastores:

B1 - 2TB (total)

B2 - 1TB (total)

 

I currently have nothing on Datastore-B1.

 

What I want to do

Swap all the disks in the host (I need a lot more space) and then configure them in RAID5 (for parity etc.)

 

How do I do it?

How do I go about swapping all the disks so I can have say 12TB (4x4TB) and configure them in RAID5 WITHOUT losing what I've got on the current array???
