ITGURU Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 Hi Currently running Home access plus on server 2008 R2 and all working well. Have installed fresh copy of 2012 R2 and HAP , all installed with the settings etc. However, 2 things: 1. When I login as a user it comes up with an error "not found" messagebox and could not find file \app_data\bookings.xml If I create the file manually the error changes to "Root Element is missing" What have I missed? 2. Secondly, on the current install I disabled photos showing that are stored in AD. I cannot remember which file/code I modified to disable the photos. I tried copying over the files but it didn't like that and screwed up the whole new install. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.
NokiX Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 I'm not sure about the second one however the first one is expected with a new install of the current version but if you just add in the booking add-on it should resolve the problem even if you don't use it. I believe the installation was downscaled before release and it seems part of the booking system was left in place!

However when I login, I still get a "not found" message box pop up but nothing to say what it is looking for...
