Blocking Apps in Chrome

So we don't use Chrome as general rule, but our IT department want it on their machines for webpage testing etc.

 

We seem to have locked down what we need to via Group policy, but the students can still access Settings-Appearence-Get Themes and install / play games through there.

 

Does anyone know how to block this?

Do you also know how to get the homepage to work? I've got it set to our intranet page but it's not picking it up - just opening with Google.

I can't remember off hand, but will have a look tomorrow morning (I seem to think that there were 2 settings I had to set in the GPO)

I have the following settings set for the homepage:

 

Google/Google Chrome/startup pages

• action on startup - open list of urls
  
• urls to open on startup - http://www.google.co.uk
  

 

 

Google/Google Chrome/home page

• use new tab page as homepage - disabled
  
• configure home page url - http://www.google.co.uk
