Excel 2007 - Calculations

Okay I have several values in one of my spreadsheets.

 

For Example

 

A A B C D E

1 5 6 2 1 3

2 7 16 12 2 4

3 8 7 6 3 3

4 2 3 9 7 4

5

6 1 1 0 1 0

7 1 1 0 1 0

8 1 1 0 1 0

9 1 1 0 1 0

10 1 1 0 1 0

11 1 1 0 1 0

12 1 1 0 1 0

 

I would like to create a formula that says something along the lines of "if A1<6 and A6=1 then value of A15=1" but I would also like to have the statement say if A1<4 A15=2 A1<2 A15=3 et cetera is there anyway of doing this?

It might help if you gave some more details about the data. I.e. what defines what a15 is.

A15 is the result of a 1 in a6 - a12 and also what value is in A1-A4 <6, <3 <2 =0 et cetera
