choran Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 I want to search for all external mail traffic in a mailbox via outlook. How do I get outlook to display full email addresses in sender and recipient fields? If I can set this then I can do an advanced search to find all messages that don't contain the school name. Is there a better way to do this? regards C
Lithium Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 I personally would set up a mail rule. under: Tools > Rule and Alerts Then filter incoming messages "from people or distribution list" etc The only downside is I don't know if it can do it "in reverse", I didn't see an immediately obvious rule which says "not from people or...", so you would end up having say a folder in your inbox called College and have it deliver them there - which is better than nothing I guess
