Wrong Locale/Language settings

Hi all,

 

we have a remote user using remote desktop into a local server, the client has rang us a few times complaining of no pound sign symbol instead they get the '@' symbol. Having checked all of the locale / region settings on the local server everything is set to UK... so why is remote desktop not using those settings ?

 

Any Ideas ?
