DAB RADIO STATION

[Nickuk]

Hi, I need help doing a new dab station. Can someone help me

[VeryPC_Anthony_L]

Hi @Nickuk not sure of your background with Radio. I am not overly experienced in radio but have friends who have run large radio stations across the UK.

DAB is very very expensive to the point that many radio stations are still only on FM. Depending on where you are in the country you may even find it hard to get a permanent FM license.

If you want any help and advise please feel free to PM me and I will point you in the direction of people who can help.

I take it you mean like this? - Bloke in shed starts own DAB radio station - with Ofcom's blessing • The Register

I think there are instructions somewhere for it but would check for the current legislation about it first!
