PaperCut and Printer Sharing

Hi,

 

I'm trying to set up a trial of PaperCut to allow our pupils to print from iPads. I've installed PaperCut on a Mac mini. The problem I am having is sharing the printer. When I try to tick the printer sharing box it will not 'tick'. Has anyone else had this problem? I can share some other printers on our network but not the one we require. It's a Ricoh MP 6500.

 

Any help would be great.

have you tried removing and library .plist files that relate to paper cut and relaunching?

 

usually ~/library or sometimes local library depending on what it is.
