Stamford Endowed Schools are seeking to appoint an IT Service Desk Team Leader, operating across three sites which comprise of Stamford High School, Stamford School and Stamford Junior School. The ideal candidate will be a competent technician with some general supervisory or leadership experience looking to develop skills in managing a support team and service desk on a day to day basis.

 

Experience in the education sector is desirable but not essential. However, applicants must have a good understanding of IT technologies and have good proven experience in the successful engagement and support of end-users.

 

The Post is for 52 weeks of the year, 37.5 hours per week. We are committed to the personal and professional development of our staff and support will be provided for the successful candidate to gain relevant qualifications in Microsoft technologies.
