Anyone use Oliver LMS Hosted version?

We are looking to upgrade our current installation of Oliver (v3) to the latest version. We have been offered a local install or a hosted version. I just wanted to know if anyone uses the hosted version and what their thoughts about it were?

We have Oliver 3 and are looking to either upgrade to V5 or move to another solution. I'm tempted to go with the hosted version as I think it will be easier to manage multischools. Haven't got too far down the line on the actual decision, just know we *have* to upgrade! Doing nothing is not an option...
