Anyone got a squid proxy to work with a parent proxy?

Hi,

 

Looking to setup a internal proxy server for AV scanning and website blocking. All of our internet has to go out through the LEA's proxy on port 8080.

 

Their proxy is Sophos.

 

Has anyone got a free squid proxy to work with a Sophos parent proxy Not having much luck so far.
