An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Technician to join the Myscience team based at the National Science Learning Centre in York.

We are seeking a self-motivated professional with a positive, enthusiastic and mature approach to their work. As part of a small professional IT Team you will assist in providing first class service and support for all of our IT and AV systems. A broad range of technology is used by Myscience for our CPD delivery programmes and supporting business functions and there will be significant opportunities to get involved with a range of technologies.

 

Appointment to this role enables access to the USS pension scheme, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays and a wide range of staff benefits.

Salary £16.5 - £18k

We were a little disappointed with the response to our original advert, so we're re-advertising to get more candidates. New job description to emphasise it is a job with a bit of variety. We've also upped the salary a bit and made it clear that we're willing to invest in extensive training for the right candidate.
