Excel Macros and SIMS

HELP!

 

We're having real issues running reports from SIMS to Excel 2010. Every time we run a report, Excel crashes.

 

Logged on as me (domain admin) I have the option to enable the macro. When I enable "Disable macros with notification" and click enable it opens, but will then crash at a random point.

 

Logged on as an office staff user, all I get is this:

 

 

I'm no expert when it comes to macros - so any help would be very much appreciated!
