Managed print Services Tender

Hi All

 

Our current managed print contract is up next June, however for reasons I won't go into now we are going to have to do this much earlier. Because of the value it looks as though we will have to go out to tender for the contract. Has anyone done this and maybe have a tender document I could take a peak at?

I did a process beginning of the year. I didn't have a tender document though sorry, well I may have without knowing it but nothing formal. I worked out what we needed, discussed with the bursar, contacted the companies I wished to deal with, gave them the requirements and went from there. Often one company would ask for extra information so I would compile that and if it was pertinent to all, sent it on to the others.
