Devizes Room booking System

I have seen some posts regarding the Room Booking System in regards to installing it on Server 2008/server2012.

 

I have managed to configure it IIS8 In server 2012R2, however I one problem. When anyone tries to make block bookings it throws up an error

and no changes are saved to the DB. Am I missing setting r permissions somewhere for the DB.

Btw booking rooms etc works fine...but not the block bookings....

any help would be much appreciated.
