Print Queue Management

Hey guys,

 

Quite recently we've been getting more stuck print jobs on our server, which obviously stops anyone else from printing. I'm running our networked MFDs through one of our Server 2012R2 servers (which I'm pretty sure is a fairly tankard setup...)

 

Does anyone know of a way to automatically detect these and force them out of the queue? I don't want to have to keep waiting for staff to complain to fix this simple thing and I'm sure you guys have already sorted this problem before!

Are you running any print management software? Also any document type in particular? Which model printer too.
