What do we make of our suppliers hiring and firing staff purely for money

Hi All,

 

I was, and so was my head, wondering what the community make of suppliers of schools, in this case an ICT supplier, hiring lots of people one month just to lay them off a few months later, i suppose for financial reasons, and as a school never being able to work out who actually looks after our account.

 

Is it just us or do you all have these encounters.

 

In this case its a potential for getting a new supplier but its a very sensitive area, as it would entail removing our MIS provider. FYI we are not with SIMS, my colleague told me to mention that in case you all start to panic about SIMS. To clarify this is not a SIMS issue ( there i think i have made that clear )
