Hi All,

 

I have a public folder calendar which I need all staff to automatically have, anyone know a way of doing this? At the moment they have to add it manually which isn't ideal.

Hi

We have shared calendars, but I create them as a domain user, then share the calendar. I make myself full control over the calendar so can edit permissions from my PC without having to log on as a user.

If your using Outlook 2013 it then populates mailboxes/calendars you have access to automatically, providing you don't have permissions to too many.
