Promethean keeps intermittently right clicking

Hi,

We have a older style Promethean IWB which keeps randomly right clicking when using the pen.

• I have reinstalled drivers/software
  
• Changed the pen
  

But it keeps happening, has anybody else had this or have any ideas?

Daft and obvious but is the user accidentally pressing the right click button on the pen when holding it?

No they are not, i have also checked to make sure the button isn't wedged in

Have you got the latest firmware for the board? I've seen this before and that usually fixes it. Failing that try the other usual thing of replacing the connecting cable (if possible anyway).

I updated the firmware and it solved the issues with the board.
