Avaya IP Office - Assign Voicemail To Extension

I have been trying to assign a shared voicemail to a user's phone however, the voicemail account fails to appear under the messages on the phone.

Does anyone have any ideas what process I need to go through to get it working?

Are you replacing the users' own voicemail with shared, or wanting messages to access both?

 

We have a shortcode (#54) setup to access the shared voicemail on the IT Helpdesk (huntgroup 54), whilst messages still picks up users voicemail.

 

Not aware you can merge messages button but would be nice if you can.
