Remote desktop services..

A few questions, hopefully fairly simply but google keeps giving me junk answers...

 

Is there a maximum recommended amount of sessions regardless of host specs that are suggested for a single remote desktop services server?

 

Is there a maximum concurrent number of sessions set anywhere as a hard limit?

2) https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=17190 for sizing and such, they have a single server for 450 users mentioned in there.

 

Typically you exhaust your physical resources before you exhaust the limits of RDS.

 

 

 

(note above based on 2008R2 but good place to start)
