I am currently sat in a school, building 120 laptops from a base image. Kodu worked on this base image, it now doesn't. I have googled, updated drivers, reinstalled kodu, .net and xna, I'm out of ideas. It doesn't give an error, it just says the default windows "This program has stopped working". If anyone knows a way to fix Kodu or help me fix Kodu, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Every time I've had problems with Kodu, it's usually been a case of updating the program itself to the latest version, or updating XNA Framework to the latest....

XNA Framework updates are often very badly advertised, for a while they were listing the specs for one version of Kodu as requiring v3, when really it needed v4, so hunt and make sure that's up to date.

I am having a major issue with this 1 ICT suite has all 3 XNA updates 3.1, 4.0 and 4.0 refresh and runs kodu with no issues. My other ICT suite is only installing 3.1 when I deploy it but when I try to install manually or deploy 4.0 it comes up with the Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Avatar.dll error 2350.

Sam, I'd uninstall the previous XNA Frameworks and just stick with the latest. As I understand it, you only need the latest to run Kodu, having the lot only complicates matters really.

Oh dear, something's dirty in the OS of those machines then!

A quick Google of your error suggests it may be tied to Dot Net failures, so maybe try an uninstall / clean reinstall of Dot Net 4.5?
