[sims] SIMS SQL - Only using 1 CPU?

So obviously someone's kicked off the academic year push as our SIMs is dying, but just noticed it only seems to use a single CPU for this instead of all four, any idea where this might be set as all options seem correct in the SQL server as far as I can see unless I'm being silly:

Few possible things

- Your using SQL Express and its limited to 1 CPU. Buy Standard edition.

- Your doing the once a year academic routine(s) that isn't optimized for parallel execute and has a warning about performance when running it and recommends running it out of hours

It's Standard edition, but think they are doing the Year Academic stuff so guess that's the issue That's a shame. Oh well guess everyones going to have to wait
