Weve recently purchased smoothwall utm only to find me are not licensed for its antimalware functionality or deep packet inspection. Surely this should be part of the utm licence. Is this normal?

 

Really annoyed about this. All the material on smoothwall says its included.

 

Going to see about a refund as without antimalware its most certainly not a utm.

We've used Smoothwall for nearly five years and have never had antimalware or deep packet inspection either. The only instances of malware that we've ever encountered have been on staff laptops that have picked them up at home.
