Mangement of EES for faculty and pupils

Hi

 

I have just had my EES setup to allow pupils and staff to download office and windows, when I go into my EES console I have to activate them but its asking me for an account to do this. My question is do you all just create one generic account for staff and one generic account for pupils? When they login with that do they just download and activate themselves or is there some process I have to do? Never had an EES before so its all new to me, any suggestions greatly appreciated.
