abillybob Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 Hey Guys, I have noticed big performance issues when connecting a Microsoft Surface 3 up to our network. When doing a speedtest from it, I have around 2mbps, though when I speediest a MacBook I have in the exact same spot in the school connected in the same way I get 30mbps. I checked our Aruba Controller (Not that I know much of what it does) and clicked on potential issues. It says that the Surface 3 is one with a potential issue... Something about low goodput? I am hoping to get this resolved as the school is looking at buying a bunch of Surface 3's for the kids, but this is becoming a head ache and I don't understand where to even start with sorting this out, I've done a bit of research online but it's all rubbish to me and I don't understand it :/ Any help with this would be most appreciated abillybob
Grey-gear Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 Not sure if this will help but I found this website that could help low goodput - Airheads Community Sorry for not being much use here
