yosemite 10.10.4 dekstop background

Hi All

 

Just looking for some help trying to deploy a standard desktop background using Workgroup Manager I can't seem to find the desktop plist to set this up.

 

I have also tried using profile manager but the background will not load any help appreciated

I have successfully deployed a desktop background using profile manager:

 

- create a 1920x1080 size desktop.jpg

- copy that file to all the macs local disk

- in profile manager in the background bit just put a path of /desktop.jpg

- you may need to run a script to change the permissions on desktop.jpg to everyone Read only

 

all this is done remotely and using ARD.
