Office 2013 Default Settings

Hi all,

 

I am in the middle of creating the new image for the school and one thing I need to do it make Office default to a certain font and no line spacing.

 

Not done this before, can it be done for all staff users on all PC's? GPO? or done on the actual Image PC.

 

Also when you launch word, you get a list of templates you can use, is there a way i can put the school letter template in here but it be modified from a central place and not having to go around every PC?
