Ralph1337 Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 Has anyone using light speed experienced issues with user authentication going through the LSguide service on a terminal server? All our users on thin clients are unable to access https://www.google.co.uk because of this. When the service is stopped the clients are able to access google, albeit a slow connection, but it does load. The service seems to be reverting back to its Tier Policy for web filtering as the user is unknown due to Authentication errors. We've contacted light speed and this is being escalated, in the mean time, there's no bad ideas!..
Admiral208 Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 I'm sure you have checked but you are definitely using the correct agent? I know there are some very specific settings for thin clients. Have you looked in the lightspeed communities?

Have you looked in the lightspeed communities? Yes, The chat support even forwarded me the link to download the correct client, which is the one I am using.
batyr2003 Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 When I switch on GNS3 I see as usual that PC's CPU became high (100% as usuall) but then I am getting a lot of complains that our Thin client network doesn't work propely (we have 50 virtual PC in one big server in Thin clinet) . They have an access in TC, but they have no any service (The Internet, LOTUS), I suspect that GNS3 use network card and shut exit to everyone. I need a help thank you with best wishes Batyr
