HP AIO 400 G1 D-Port Quality Control Issue?

Has anyone else here procured en masse with these AIO PC's?

 

If so has anyone had issues with the D-Ports performing erratically? Ie a slight touch on the d-port cable causes the connection to drop. You can actually feel that the dport plug does not appear to sit as firm as it should. Closing the gap slightly with the metal d-port socket surrounds does not appear to resolve this. We've had 3 entire motherboards replaced under warranty out of around 40 AIO's so far.

 

Maybe we've just had bad luck but has anyone else had issues here?
