Spiceworks - want Site Team and Catering to use it

After us having Spiceworks up and running some of the powers that be would like to see the Site Team have something similar as well as Catering.

 

I was thinking of setting up another Spiceworks server just for this role so that users then have the option to select in the category Site Team or Catering rather than have a server for each.

 

I'm wondering if Spiceworks can be configured so that if a member of staff selects category: Site Team then only emails are sent to these users and the site team can only see the site team tickets, like wise with catering.
