[layout issue] PM layout broken

I'm not sure what's broken with this. I can't see anything being blocked but my understanding of HTML is basic at best...

Yeah, it only seems to be hitting PM layouts. Everything else seems fine.

Seems to be happening to me as well, both for viewing PMs in the inbox and sent PM's. Not a cache issue. Looks like the template had a mouse chew on it somewhere along the way
