Impero stopping software opening?

We've bought some LEGO robots (the royal we of course) I got asked to install Edware and get them working. I've since noticed that it works on computers without Impero, but doesn't even try to open/bring up an error on computers with it. If I disable Impero the software opens fine. Has anyone else had this or similar? Is there somewhere in Impero to allow software? I know there's a black list, but I've not found a 'white' list. We were on an old version but having updated Impero last week it's made no difference. Any help much appreciated.

if not getting block message and software just errors out. Then sounds like injection causing an issue in which case on server under tools > Injection Exclusions. You can add the exe to this to disable injection for that exe . Make sure you log out and log back in workstation (alt restart impero client service for changes to take effect).
