mattgrimley Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 Hey Nick, Not been here for a long time! I think the last major release has been so tight, there's not been anything to report!! However, i am seeing an intermittent issue with some notifications emails going out to users with a http link instead of https. Specifically, it's a ticket "Update" which generates the error.. but in my inbox, i can see two slightly different versions of what appears to be the same type of email. The "Your Ticket (#xxxx) has been Updated" version seems fine.. but; The "Ticket (#xxxx) has been Updated" version has the incorrect link.. The former (working one) was sent when i (admin) updated a users ticket. The latter (bad version) was sent to me when a user updated their own ticket. I've tried a trawl through the template files and the html, but i can't find where either of these tickets are generated.. Any chance you could point me in the right direction or take a look if it's in the code? Thanks very much in advance! Matt @ Freman
nickbro Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 Check the templates in the help desk folder, see if any of them are incorrect
mattgrimley Posted June 26, 2015 Author Posted June 26, 2015 Hi Nick, Sorry, i should have said.. i checked those templates and couldn't see anything relating to "updated tickets" is it possible that this is hard-coded? Cheers, Matt
nickbro Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 There's an error is one of them, the a href is correct, but the text on the page isn't. I've found the problem and fixed it, see Home Access Plus+ - Source Code
mattgrimley Posted June 30, 2015 Author Posted June 30, 2015 haha, well.. sorry! I skim read and only saw the first https on the line! Anyways, thanks very much
