That and Java are both welcome to disappear as far as I am concerned.

Had mega issues a while back with a flash update taking out abilities to play youtube, that was traumatic enough, followed then by a stupid issue with Java refusing to work on a PC for label printing regardless of anything I would do, only thing that righted it in the end was a newer version of java which uninstalled completely the old version (even the uninstaller tool didnt do that properly)

do they actually test software or just release it and hope nobody finds these things out You would think as every month this stuff happens they would employ a few of the people finding these issues to test the software before release. The sooner html5 kills flash the happier i will be

We have flash on our Mac OS X image then use Munki to update to the latest version. The main Staff Mac image was made early last year, it has Flash 13. So in 1 year we have gone through Flash 13,14,15,16,17 & 18 with god knows how many minor releases in-between. I too wish it would just die, but if Steve Jobs banning it from the iPad 5 years ago , and then Google removing it from the Play store in 2012 was not enough to make it die i don't see anything changing soon. I had a quick whirl on Sun Bingo at lunch, and guess what it uses, flash :(
