IT Technician - Hartford, Cheshire. c21k closes 22nd June

We're looking for somebody to join a newly created role in our IT support team. You'll be able to offer 1st and 2nd line IT support but in addition you'll also be working with staff to develop our use of SharePoint. Previous experience of SharePoint is useful, but most importantly you'll be the sort of person who can work closely with teaching staff to understand their needs and support them in using SharePoint to address these needs. For example, you might spend a morning with our Deputy Head to set up a work flow for the documents needed to plan a school trip or you might spend time with a teacher advising them on how to set up a resource library for their class. You'll also need to have experience of offering 1st/2nd line support and be the sort of person who enjoys the challenge of learning about and supporting a range of systems.
